1. ALL FLOWERS ARE FOR METRO MANILA DELIVERY ONLY. ALL Prices of flowers are in Philippine Peso. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Every MOTHERS DAYS and VALENTINES DAY, our flower suppliers increase their prices, in that case, we also increase our prices, but we will return to regular price after those covered occasions.

2. THE SENDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE EXACT ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY. Any delay or non-delivery due to the sender’s incorrect delivery information, the sender will still be charged. FOR re-route delivery by sender’s request, an additional delivery charge will apply.

3. ALL Orders will be confirmed only once full payment is received. If
requested, the sender will be notified after delivery of flowers to the recipient.

4. LJJ FLOWER SHOP will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to natural disasters, acts of God, and other reasons beyond our control and delay or mishandling of courier.

5. The flower arrangements posted may vary. Colors of flowers and wrappers, colors of teddy bears, and colors of balloons may not always be available or meet our customer’s quality standards. In that case, substitutions may occur with an equal or higher value to deliver the flowers on time.

6. There is no cancellation a day before the desired delivery date. For any changes or special requests, contact us immediately.

7. There is no return, no refund for product quality problems if the delivery address given by the sender is incorrect, re-route delivery address by sender’s request, not present, or no one else can receive the flowers on behalf of the recipient at the delivery address and improper handling of flowers by the recipient. Please understand that our product is perishable. To avoid these incidents, please provide accurate delivery details.

8. JUST  In case of late delivery by the company’s fault, we will give discounts to the customer the next time he/she orders.

9. We replace flower delivery without charge if it is the company’s fault. However, complaints will be entertained within 48 hours only from the time of delivery.
